Details:
This one-hour mindfulness meditation is broken into four 15-minute segments. We’ll start with a partially-guided meditation to connect breath and body, followed by an indoor walking meditation. We’ll wrap up with a lesson and a sharing circle to discuss what we discovered during our practice. This class is open to people of all faiths and beliefs, whether you have meditated before or are trying it for the first time. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or cushion. Blocks, bolsters, and blankets will be provided, as we will be sitting for a majority of the class. Please let us know if you would prefer a folding chair so that can also be provided.
