Details:
Chair Aerobics is a seated class targeting strength and cardio. We can get in a great work out while sitting and enjoy the movement and music! The last ten minutes before the cool down will be an optional standing portion of low impact moves near our chair. Students may wear any clothing preferred. Clothing that allows the body to move comfortably is encouraged but not required. Students are required to bring 1lbs to 8lbs hand weights.
