Details:
Join us for the 15th edition of the NE Seattle Tool Library’s Book Club, where we will discuss "The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating" by Elisabeth Tova Bailey. This inclusive event invites everyone, regardless of whether you've read the book, to come together as a community to share thoughts and foster connections over a love of literature. We aim to create a respectful atmosphere where diverse opinions can thrive and curiosity is encouraged. If the weather permits, we will meet outdoors, and while tea will be provided, feel free to bring snacks to share. For those seeking a copy of the book, check out local libraries or consider ordering used copies online.
Accessibility options include wheelchair access, though some areas may not be fully compliant. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own interpreters for non-English and ASL needs.
To get to the event, you can use King County Metro bus routes, bike, or find limited parking options nearby. We look forward to a wonderful discussion and community-building experience! RSVP for upcoming Book Clubs by visiting seattlereconomy.org/events and searching for “Book Club.”
