Learn Simple Drywall Patching and Painting (2-Part Class) @ RCLC

Join us for a hands-on, two-part class, "Learn Simple Drywall Patching and Painting," at Reuse Commons Lake City, where you'll acquire essential skills for repairing holes in walls and ceilings. Over the two sessions, you'll practice techniques for fixing everything from small patches to larger repairs using simple tools and inexpensive materials.

**Class Details:**
- **Session One:** Sunday, July 12th, 11am–12:30pm
- **Session Two:** Sunday, July 19th, 12–1pm
- Dress in paint-friendly clothes and be prepared for the second session to take place outdoors on a covered balcony.

Instructor Afton Lewis has a background in restoration painting and drywall repair, making him well-equipped to guide you through the process. This class is offered at a reduced rate as part of Seattle REconomy’s Community Tool Chest fundraiser. If cost is a concern, please reach out to discuss options.

**Accessibility:** The venue is mostly wheelchair accessible, and an ADA-compliant restroom is available. Attendees may bring their own interpreters for non-English or ASL support.

**Transportation:** Accessible by public transit (bus routes 522 and 61), with bike storage available and limited parking on-site. Children may attend with a parent or guardian on a case-by-case basis.
