Betty Jo & Justin Miller - Trusted Local Medicare Experts

Born in Houston and raised in Sheldon, Texas, Betty Jo Miller began her career working for a small foster agency group near Austin, Texas. While there, she started by billing the state Medicaid program. In 2009, Betty Jo joined the billing department at UTMB, where she worked her way to becoming a Medicare Audit Specialist. Betty Jo has 20+ years of experience in the medical billing field that has served as a stepping stone to her insurance career as an Independent Medicare Broker/Agent. Her marketing, physician, and billing knowledge is a tremendous asset in this role. After her first client appointment in October 2014, she knew her calling was helping and serving seniors in her community as a Healthcare Broker/Agent. Today, she continues her full-time career as a Healthcare Plan Specialist, working with seniors to help them navigate the complex world of Medicare.
