GED Meeting-click here to Join | Microsoft Teams During this orientation, you will learn about: In-person GED classes available through community colleges and trade schools Virtual GED academies that allow you to study at your own pace and on your own schedule Free library resources to practice for the GED exams Library e-books and study materials to help you prepare for the tests If you are interested in earning a high school diploma instead of a GED, we will also share information about Career Online High School , HCPL’s self-paced online program. Eligible participants can apply online for a scholarship . If you are ready to take the next step toward your education or career goals, you can schedule a one-on-one appointment for more detailed guidance. Availability for appointments Mondays: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM (Virtual) Fridays: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM (Virtual) Tuesdays–Thursdays: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM (In-person at select library locations) Newcomers are always welcome! one-on-one appointment: Make your appointment here
