Details:
Join us for "Thriving as a STEM Major," a no-fluff virtual presentation designed to empower STEM students in their academic journeys. This session offers essential strategies for success in science, technology, engineering, and math, including effective time management, tailored study strategies, and guidance on building a supportive network. Participants will also learn how to secure research opportunities, internships, and mentors, while addressing challenges such as imposter syndrome. Equip yourself with the tools and mindset to stay confident and curious throughout your studies. For personalized assistance with interview skills, one-on-one appointments with advisors are available.
In addition to supporting STEM majors, we also provide engaging weekly activities for toddlers and their caregivers. "Toddler Story Time" on Wednesdays features stories, songs, and playtime; "Lil' Cubs Baby Time" offers board books, music, and parachute play for language development; and "Wiggle Wednesday" encourages active movement through reading and playful activities. These toddler-focused events promote socialization and early literacy, with no registration required.
