The Arc of Opportunity in North Central Massachusetts is a civil and human rights organization dedicated to creating and supporting lifetime opportunities for individuals with disabilities and their families. For over sixty-five years, they have been a community-based advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their person-focused programs aim to support unique abilities and circumstances, helping individuals find their place within the community. Services include Day Supports, Employment Supports, Recreation Supports, Family Supports, and Home Supports, such as Adult Family Care and Residential Services. They serve individuals and families in 28 towns across North Central Massachusetts, striving to enhance quality of life and enable individuals to reach their fullest potential through advocacy, education, employment, residential, and recreational services.
