This yoga class is designed specifically for veterans and the military community. It is free to all veterans, service members, first responders, and their families/caretakers over the age of 16.
The slower-paced class is open to all levels of experience, including beginners, and uses best practices and protocols to meet the Veteran’s scope of needs.
