American Past Times

Body: The Yamhill County Historical Museum is excited to invite our fellow Chamber members and the McMinnville community to American Past-Times on Saturday, June 27th. Experience a "day in the pursuit of leisure" as we bring the 1880s to life on our museum grounds. This family-friendly event is a perfect way to celebrate our local heritage and enjoy a classic Oregon summer Saturday. Event Schedule: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Kick off the day with a hearty Pancake Breakfast ($10) . 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Wander through a curated Classic Car Show featuring muscle cars and vintage beauties. 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Watch history in motion with Haying Demonstrations using vintage equipment and draft animals. 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Enjoy live music from Whiskey Flats. 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Cheer on the McMinnville Gristmillers in a 1880s-style Vintage Base Ball game (Sponsored by Jack Maxwell III Agency – American Family Insurance) .
