A social worker from The Centers/Heights Suburban Collaborative will be at Lee Road every Thursday afternoon 1-4 p.m. The social worker in residence can provide the following services to customers:
Adoption, Foster, and Kinship Support
Aged-Out Youth Support
Basic Emergency Needs
Linkages to Resources
Referrals to partner organizations
Cuyahoga County Job & Family Services
Early Learning Centers
Health & Wellness Agencies
Workforce Development Programs and more
