Join us as we officially kick off the 184th Seneca County Fair with the annual Opening Ceremony and Ribbon Cutting. The Seneca County Agricultural Society, Junior Fair Board, and Seneca Regional Chamber & Development Ambassadors invite you to celebrate the beginning of one of Ohio's oldest and longest running county fairs, a tradition that has brought together generations of families, exhibitors, volunteers, and community members for 184 years. The ceremony will begin at 8:00 AM on Monday, July 27, at the Gate 1 entrance of the Seneca County Fairgrounds. Following the ribbon cutting, the Seneca County Agricultural Society will hold its Opening Ceremony, including a special tribute to our veterans with a black powder cannon salute. Refreshments will be served following the ceremony. In the event of rain, the ceremony will move to the Entertainment Building. The 2026 Seneca County Fair runs July 26 through August 2 and features a full week of livestock shows, 4-H and FFA exhibits, grandstand entertainment, harness racing, family activities, local food, and much more. We invite you to join us as we celebrate another year of agriculture, youth achievement, community pride, and one of Seneca County's most cherished traditions. We look forward to seeing you at the Opening Ceremony and throughout fair week!
