Blue Valley Rec is a community recreation organization dedicated to providing accessible, safe, and fun recreational opportunities for residents of the Blue Valley School District and surrounding areas. Their mission is to serve the community with care and integrity, believing everyone deserves access to quality places to play. Blue Valley Rec offers a wide range of programs and activities across multiple facilities, including the Activity Center, Rec Center at Hilltop, and Sports Complex. These offerings encompass aquatics (lap pool, zero-depth entry pool with lazy river, swim lessons, aqua fitness), gymnastics, dance, enrichment classes, summer camps, and adaptive/inclusive programs for individuals with special needs, such as the Blue Valley Blue Streaks Special Olympics team and adapted yoga. They also provide facilities for birthday parties and host various sports leagues and clinics for youth and adults. Blue Valley Rec aims to promote fitness, personal growth, social interaction, and a healthy lifestyle for all ages and abilities.
