Join us for a variety of community events provided by the King County Library System that cater to diverse interests and age groups. Attend the King County Department of Local Services Office Hours for notary services, support with county building permits, and general county information, hosted by Mason Thompson. For families, enjoy Outdoor Story Time at Dick Thurnau Park, where stories are shared alongside a free lunch for ages 18 and younger, courtesy of the White Center Teen Program.

Engage young minds through Daytime Playtime, perfect for newborns to age 8, offering educational toys for fun drop-in play. Tweens can participate in the Chapter 1 Book Club, reading the first chapters of exciting books, engaging in activities, and enjoying snacks.

Craft enthusiasts can join the Craft & Chat gathering to work on projects together and participate in the "Pick Up Party" for stuffed animals from the July sleepover, featuring snacks and a slideshow of memories. Additionally, English learners are invited to the English Chat Time discussion group for practice and conversation.
