SG United Foundation, also known as Strong Girls United, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls and women. Their mission is to foster strength, confidence, and resilience through a combination of sports, mentorship, and mental health programming. The foundation offers various programs, including community-based initiatives for elementary school girls, a 1:1 mentorship program called Strong Girls FAM (Female Athlete Mentorship), and events focused on fitness, social connection, and confidence-building. They also run Strong Girls U programs in collaboration with universities and have established The Strong Girls United Hub in York, Maine, as a center for local youth programming.
