Details:
For the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, we will be making red, white, and blue cockades (ribbon circles) . A basic knowledge of sewing (back stitch) is helpful, but not required. Space and materials are limited. Be sure to register! All supplies are provided by the Friends of Freeman.
