Clothing and the Civil War

Please join the Scranton Public Library along with Emily Lance as we provide a brief overview of both northern and southern fashion trends during the Civil War. During the presentation they will discuss the impact of consumer culture and the rise of photography on fashion trends. The Lackawanna Historical Society will be providing samples of period clothing for attendees to view during the program.
