Join us for Fitness Friday at the Riverfront this summer, where you can explore a variety of exercise options every week! Instructors from local fitness organizations will lead free sessions that start at 7 a.m. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats. Each week features different disciplines, including Power Shred, Stretch & Pilates, Tone & Transform, Total Body Blast, All-Levels Vinyasa, Barre Sculpt, Yoga, Chair Power, and Pilates, provided by local fitness leaders such as YMCA and Grit & Grace. This summer series is proudly presented by community sponsors, including Palmyra Pub and Eatery and Ken Nelson Auto Group.
