NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the City of Hudson, New York will conduct a public hearing on July 14, 2026, at 6 p.m. on a site plan application from Pennrose NY Developer LLC to redevelop the former John L. Edwards Elementary School, 360 State Street, Tax ID #110.37-1-1 into 65 affordable senior housing units. Said hearing shall be conducted in person at City Hall, 520 Warren Street, Hudson, New York. Public comment shall be permitted and all persons participating shall have an opportunity to be heard in connection with said application.
