Join Gail Pettit for Tai Chi and Qigong sessions at The Bay every Wednesday, where you can explore these ancient Chinese practices often described as “moving meditation” or “moving medication.” These exercises promote relaxation and overall health, helping participants detach from daily stress while enhancing body and mind wellness. Gail is a Level 3 Graduate and Certified Teacher of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi, with over a decade of experience teaching in Sarasota. She is dedicated to fostering community through movement for health, vitality, and inner peace.
