**Mat Pilates at The Bay**
Join us for an hour of free Mat Pilates at The Bay, led by qualified instructors from BODYBAR Pilates! These classes focus on core strengthening, full-body fitness, balance, and body awareness, helping to relieve stress and enhance overall well-being. Suitable for all ages and abilities, participants should bring their own exercise mat and a bottle of water.
Starting June 1, we will offer two back-to-back 45-minute sessions every Monday evening to ensure ample space for all attendees:
- Session 1: 5:30–6:15 PM (Registration required)
- Session 2: 6:30–7:15 PM (Registration encouraged)
BODYBAR Pilates aims to build a supportive community of health-focused individuals. Note the following before attending:
- Free parking is available around the site, but please avoid designated Sarasota Orchestra areas.
- Pedestrian routes may be affected due to construction of the new Town Square; allow extra time for walking.
- All pets must be non-aggressive and leashed; owners must clean up after them.
- The event will occur rain or shine, with location changes communicated via The Bay's website, Eventbrite, Facebook, and Instagram.
Due to high demand, space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Support The Bay by becoming a Friend, helping to maintain the park and keep events free. For further information, visit the Friends of The Bay website.
