Join the Bootcamp every Tuesday and Saturday for a dynamic 45-minute workout designed to enhance your strength and conditioning through body-weight exercises and interval training. Our expertly crafted circuits aim to build muscle strength, reduce body fat, and improve cardiovascular fitness while maximizing calorie burn. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available, the workouts include popular moves like push-ups and planks.
Be sure to bring a mat or towel, and a water bottle for hydration. Free parking is available around the venue, though please avoid designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas. Note that construction of the new Town Square may affect pedestrian routes; allow extra time to navigate between the parking areas and event locations.
This event takes place rain or shine, with weather-related location changes communicated via The Bay's website and social media. Michelle Cook, a certified personal trainer, health coach, nutrition expert, and Reiki II practitioner, leads the sessions, guiding participants toward living vibrant, authentic lives.
