Join us for an invigorating Bootcamp every Tuesday and Saturday, where you will engage in a 45-minute workout utilizing body-weight exercises and intervals designed to enhance strength and conditioning. Well-structured circuits aim to build muscle, reduce fat, and boost cardiovascular fitness, all while maximizing calorie burn—get ready for push-ups and planks! Participants of all fitness levels can benefit from modifications available to ensure everyone can take part.
To prepare, bring a mat or towel and a water bottle for hydration. Free parking is available around the site, including along Blvd of the Arts and in front of key venues. Please avoid Sarasota Orchestra designated parking areas. Note that construction of the new Town Square may affect pedestrian routes; allow extra time to navigate from parking to event locations, and follow posted signs for guidance.
All pets must be leashed and non-aggressive, with owners responsible for clean-up. Safety concerns can be reported to the Sarasota Non-Emergency Police. The event will proceed rain or shine, with decisions regarding location made closer to the event date based on weather. Any changes will be communicated via The Bay's social media and website.
This Bootcamp is led by Michelle Cook, a certified trainer and holistic wellness expert dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Her mission is to support vibrant, authentic living through personalized training and nutrition guidance.
