Every Kid Outdoors: Star Party at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary

Best Friends Animal Sanctuary is proud to be a 2026 Every Kid Outdoors Community Partner!
As part of the program, kids can pick up challenge passports at the Sanctuary and participate in activities throughout the year to earn badges. Kids who complete their passports before the end of 2026 can enter to win fun prizes (see the official Every Kid Outdoors website for full details).
Celebrate the end of Space Week with a special star party led by night sky interpreter Kyle Slaton!
Enjoy Southern Utah’s incredible dark skies while learning about stars, constellations, planets, and the wonders of the night sky. This evening event will take place outdoors under some of the darkest skies in the country.

• Our Sanctuary spans more than 6,000 acres. If you are unfamiliar with the property, please stop by the Welcome Center first to pick up a map and directions.
