Registration for this workshop is now at capacity. Learn the basics of preparing insects for scientific or hobbyist collecting in this hands-on workshop for ages 15 and up. Choose from a selection of showy butterfly species* and try your hand at pinning two specimens with guidance from Schlinger Chair of Entomology Alex Harman, Ph. D. Return to the Museum a week later to pick up your dried and framed specimens. $60 general admission, $50 Members. This workshop is limited to just 15 participants.
