SLO County Band - 250th Anniversary Celebration Concert

One of the oldest continuously performing community bands in California, the SLO County Band has been bringing people together through music for more than 130 years. With roots dating back to the San Luis Obispo Military Band of 1874, this beloved local institution has performed at celebrations, community events, and patriotic observances across the Central Coast for generations.
For this special Stone Soup performance, the band will celebrate America's 250th anniversary with a concert honoring our nation's history, community spirit, and enduring traditions. Comprised of musicians from throughout San Luis Obispo County, the SLO County Band continues its long-standing mission of enriching and connecting communities through the power of live music.
