To know Gibroni's is to know Tony and Lindsey Gioutsos (pronounced YOU-chus), the passionate duo behind our Detroit-style pizza. After connecting at Grand Valley State University and exploring flavors in cities like Charlotte and Austin, we found ourselves in San Clemente, where we identified a void for this beloved pizza style. With roots in a family of restaurateurs, we began sharing our history with homemade pies during the pandemic. From humble beginnings in our driveway to becoming a top-rated pizza spot, we pride ourselves on offering a true Motown experience—great food, craft beer, and a vibrant atmosphere filled with music and camaraderie.
