Family Dementia Support Group Dinner at Heritage Pointe Assisted Living & Memory Care

You are warmly invited to join us at Heritage Pointe Assisted Living & Memory Care for an evening of support, education, and meaningful connection.
Caring for a loved one living with dementia can be both rewarding and challenging, and no one should have to navigate that journey alone. Our Family Dementia Support Group offers a compassionate space where family members, caregivers, and friends can connect with others, share experiences, gain valuable resources, and receive encouragement in a welcoming environment.
This month's support group is proudly presented in partnership with Mission Health Hospice, whose experienced team will lead the discussion, provide educational insights, answer questions, and offer practical support for families at every stage of the dementia journey.
