Pedro Pastor

Pedro Pastor is at the forefront of Spain’s new wave of singer-songwriters. With six albums and concerts in 17 countries, his music bridges Spain and Latin America through poetic lyrics and global rhythms including cumbia, flamenco, funk and African influences.
At just 31, Pastor has already spent over 20 years and 800 concerts on stage, and his songwriting reflects that depth of experience. With lyrics that are a hymn to change and rebellion, he grapples with Spain’s past, particularly the legacy of the Franco dictatorship, alongside present-day issues of migration, inequality and social responsibility.
Fusion and blending are central to his artistic vision, with his belief that the mixing of musical and human traditions is itself a source of development and joy. Pastor brings that expansive perspective to every performance, celebrating love, social change and shared cultural memory.
