Details:
All are welcome to join us for yoga and meditation, filled with fun and fitness! Learn basic Yoga routines, develop flexibility, relaxation and better health! No registration needed. Walk-ins are welcome! A signed SJPL exercise waiver required for all participants -- to be provided on site. Please bring your own yoga mat and yoga blocks (optional) for your comfort. Sessions are taught by certified instructors and is structure to be 75-90 minutes, including: Meet & greet; set up; sign waiver 35 min Yoga & Pranayama (i.e. hatha or arkaya yoga) Posture change break 25 min Relaxation & Heartfulness Meditation (experience, hands-on) ADA Accommodation Requests
