The Getty Villa is an art museum and educational center dedicated to the study and display of art from ancient Greece, Rome, and Etruria. Housed in a recreation of an ancient Roman villa, its collection features approximately 44,000 Greek, Roman, and Etruscan antiquities, with over 1,200 on view. The Villa serves diverse audiences through exhibitions, conservation, scholarship, research, and public programs, including special educational activities for students and families. It is one of two campuses of the J. Paul Getty Museum.
