The Ida Rupp Public Library, founded in 1908 and located in Port Clinton, Ohio, serves the reading and information needs of Eastern Ottawa County. The library envisions itself as a premier resource hub for educational, informational, technological, social, and cultural needs. In addition to its main location, it also operates the Erie Islands Library on Put-in-Bay, which serves as both a public and school library.
