Join us for the *Steak of the Arts* Steak Cookoff on July 3 at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts! We invite grill teams to showcase their culinary talents and compete for various awards, including Best Steak, Best Team Theme, Most Patriotic Booth, and more. Each team, consisting of one Chief Cook and up to four assistants, must pay a $500 sponsorship fee and will provide their own grill and supplies while SAMFA will supply two steaks per team, courtesy of J-Bar Meat Company. Teams are responsible for their setup, which includes decorating their area and cleaning up afterward. Judging will occur around 7:00 PM in the grand hall. Please note that all team members must sign a release of liability and indemnity agreement. Teams can begin setting up between 9 AM and 12 PM on event day, with designated spaces approximately 15 by 15 feet on grass.
