Come and Drum! The Wednesday Drum Circle is a great way to have fun, meet new people and drum the stress away! One of the amazing things science has discovered about drumming is its ability to activate and stimulate the brain to elevate mood, improve clarity of thinking, enhance memory, and relieve anxiety. It’s mid-day schedule could be the best way to spend your lunch hour! Register for the month or drop in each week! Hand drums and other percussion instruments are available for use during class, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have them, as well. Ages 18+.
