ABOUT THIS EVENT The Business Model Canvas can be designed on paper, on a computer, or even using sticky notes on your wall. You’ll walk away knowing which segment of your business concept to focus in on as you move to your next stages of planning. Session 1 of this on-demand class includes an overview of what the Business Model Canvas is, how it can help your planning process, and instructions on how to get started right away. Follow this class with Session 2 to learn how to use your BMC to launch, and when and why you need a business plan. Exercises and resources will be provided along the way that should be expanded upon with a 1:1 advising session tailored to your specific business or idea.
