DIA DE LOS MUERTOS: HONORING OUR ANCESTORS THROUGH PRINTMAKING WORKSHOP

Join us for the **"Dia de los Muertos: Honoring Our Ancestors Through Printmaking Workshop,"** a free event with provided supplies, where space is limited and registration closes on Thursday, October 15. This workshop is led by Yanely Rivas (she/they), a working-class printmaker and cultural worker with ancestral roots in Michoacán, Mexico, traditionally stewarded by the P’urépecha people. Yanely's artistic practice is grounded in community and social justice, focusing on fostering interconnectedness with nature. Through her work in printmaking, digital illustration, and traditional cultural arts, she aims to weave together past, present, and future, planting seeds of ancestral memory, resistance, joy, and hope.
