Salado Music Friendly Community

The Texas Music Office certified Salado as a Music Friendly Community in 2022. "We Are Music Salado", a local non-profit, administers the Salado Music Friendly Community program. Our Salado Music Friendly Community Board consists of local musicians, songwriters, artists, venue owners, and music industry professionals that volunteer their time to serve on the board. Our activities include hosting concerts, festivals, and networking events. We consider ourselves to be a resource that assists musicians, music venues, and local businesses. We have the goal of aiding the economic growth in Salado and promoting the great Village of Salado.
