Summer Lecture Series - Herbal Tea Mixology

This class by Mary Kelch, the owner of Serendipity Tea, will explore black, green, white, oolong and herbal tea blends. Kelch sources tea leaves from China, India and Japan and hand blends them for her select teas in Salado, Texas. Herbal teas have been used for relaxation, ceremonies, and medicinally for eons. At this Summer Lecture session Kelch will share insight into her most popular teas and how we can all use teas in our lives.
The Summer Lecture Series at Barrow Brewing is at 2 p.m. on Sundays during the summer season. Inspired by Biology Professor Dr. Kaleb Heinrich, the series is an opportunity to "geek out over beer" about topics that interest us all.
