Slow Flow Yoga is a mindful practice that connects breath with slow movements at a comfortable pace to develop balance, flexibility, and strength. The instructor recommends that you bring a blanket and two blocks to provide support and improve alignment. Limited quantities of yoga blocks and yoga mats will be available to borrow during each class.
