The narrative revolves around the murder of a woman who fought against sexual violence, unveiling dark secrets as the investigation escalates. Myers, a teacher and transgender rights advocate, is known for his debut novel Revolutionary, a Lambda Literary finalist, along with other works such as Continental Divide and The Story of Silence.
