Details:
Join wild food enthusiast Russ Cohen, author of Wild Plants I Have Known... and Eaten for a walk and talk at the Mink Brook Nature Preserve. We'll continue the conversation over from Russ' Thursday evening program at the Howe Library with a morning stroll through Mink Brook, learning about different edible plant species (both native and invasive), methods of preparation, foraging ethics, and more.
To maintain a manageable group size, attendance will be capped at 20 attendees. Please pre-register in advance to ensure we have a successful outing! And if your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, please contact barry@hanoverconservancy.org so we can inform our waitlist.
Meet at the 11 Brook Road trailhead of the Mink Brook Nature Preserve. Please arrive promptly by 9:30 am.
