Ages 7-13: 7pm-8pm.
Ages 14+: 8pm-9pm.
3, 2, 1 FIGHT!!!! Fight Night at The Jungle Movement Academy is a great way to burn some energy and have fun with your friends. Come test you fighting skills and gain real fighting experience in a controlled and safe environment. Hand-to-hand or weapons. Warm-up and basic techniques taught before sparring begins.
