El Dorado Hills Library Jun 25, 3:00-4:30pm Come read with therapy dogs at the library! Reading to dogs has been proven to improve reading ability and build reading confidence. Plus, it's fun! This drop-in event is open to all ages and will take place in the Children's Area by the paperbacks. Important reminders: Young children must be monitored by an adult at all times All participants are expected to be calm and kind while interacting with the dogs Always ask a handler before petting a dog, and never touch them inappropriately (i.e. poking their eyes) Please wait your turn if there is already someone with the dog to avoid crowding Adults, please help to enforce these rules. Thank you!
