The Rome Art and Community Center (RACC) is a nonprofit multi-arts facility dedicated to fostering creativity, cultural awareness, and community connection through diverse programming. Located in the historic Carpenter House, RACC offers art galleries, studios, and performance spaces, making arts and cultural programming accessible to all regardless of age, economic status, or physical ability. Their activities include art classes, exhibitions, summer camps, and community events, serving as a hub for local artists and a cultural resource for the Greater Rome community and Oneida County. RACC has been a part of the Rome community since 1967.
