Friday Salon at The Portal

We’re opening The Portal for a new kind of Friday afternoon gathering—something simple, intentional, and a little different from the usual ways we move through the end of the week.
Inspired by traditional salons—spaces where people came together around conversation, music, ideas, and shared experience—Friday Salon is a modern, relaxed version of that idea.
Doors open at 3 PM.
Coffee will be brewing, music will be playing, and the space will be open for connection, conversation, movement, or simply landing in a different environment for a few hours.
There’s no pressure to arrive right at the start or stay the whole time. Come on your own or bring a friend. Arrive anytime, stay as long as you’d like.
At 5:30 PM, Chelan will host a lightly facilitated conversation for those who want to join in—an invitation into deeper dialogue, shared reflection, and the kind of conversation we don’t always make space for.
You might find yourself in conversation with someone new.
You might move your body a little as the music builds.
You might sit, observe, or simply enjoy the space.
This is a place to land, reset, and shift out of the pace of the week—without the noise or pressure of typical social settings.
