We’re so excited to announce our next Farm to Fork dinner will be held on Friday, July 10 at The Rustic Rose Barn—and we’re teaming up with the incredible Chef Aaron Holt of Doolittle Farm! @cateringbydoolittlefarm
Menu:
Starter: Assortment of passed appetizers and grazing board as people arrive.
Plated: salad / organic local greens / Iowa goat cheese / homemade focaccia / La Quercia prosciutto crumble / marinated tomatoes / cucumber / edible flowers
Plated: herbed polenta cake / Iowa pork belly / pesto cream / crispy root vegetable chips / micro-greens
Main: sous vide Iowa beef / confit potatoes / garden harvest veggies / cognac-peppercorn gravy / pea tendrils
Dessert: caramelized brown butter cake / chantilly cream / oat granola / mixed berries / mulberry coulis / edible flowers
Doors open at 5:30 PM
Dinner begins at 6:15 PM
