Description: All levels. This class uses breath to movement, taking you through a series of warm-up poses, sun salutations, strengthening asanas, balance postures, and twists, ending with deep stretches and relaxation. Suggested equipment: comfortable attire, yoga mat, yoga block, strap, blanket/pillow.
