The Rochesterfest Treasure Hunt returns for 2026, and the lucky person who finds the official Rochesterfest Treasure Hunt Medallion will win $500.
This year's hunt celebrates our theme, "One Nation – Many Stories," as we honor America's 250th Birthday. Hidden somewhere on public property within Rochester is the official medallion, waiting to be discovered.
Clues Begin Saturday, June 20
New clues will be released daily to help narrow the search.
Saturday, June 20 & Sunday, June 21
Go www.kaaltv.com/ starting at 6:00 am, both Saturday and Sunday, for the first two clues. If you miss the KAAL clues, stop by Hiller's Flooring America at 2909 S. Broadway to take a picture of the clue. Hillers is open on Saturday, 9:00-4:00, Sunday, 12:00-4:00, Monday-Thursday-8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Fridays from 9:00-4:00. Then START HUNTING!
Beginning Monday, June 22

They will also be read on the ABC 6 morning news and still available from Hillers Flooring America.

The medallion is hidden on public property only.

No digging or destruction of property is permitted.
