SUMMER SWEAT SERIES
Every Thursday | June 4th – August 27th
Get ready to sweat, move, and have fun all summer long with our FREE Summer Sweat Series! Join us every Thursday during our Team Training sessions for high-energy workouts, an amazing community atmosphere, and a chance to stay consistent on your fitness journey all summer long.
Whether you’re a member or have never stepped foot in the gym before, everyone is welcome — so grab your friends, family, coworkers, or workout buddy and come join the fun!
Workout Times:
Indoor Sessions (FREE for members & non-members)
• 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM
• 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Outdoor Sessions
• 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Expect fun HIIT-style workouts, great music, positive energy, and a supportive community that will keep you motivated all summer long. All fitness levels are welcome!
Bring water, bring a friend, and come sweat with us every Thursday!
