The New Rochelle Public Library (NRPL) is a community resource dedicated to improving the lives of all its citizens by encouraging lifelong learning, protecting intellectual freedom, and providing equitable access to information. Chartered in 1894, NRPL operates as a school-district library with its own budget and a seven-member Board of Trustees.
